About JC Career Futures
Meet the Founder of JC Career Futures
Jessica Collins is the founder of JC Career Futures, bringing over ten years of experience across recruitment, employer partnerships and operational improvement.
A generalist with a practical approach, Jessica looks at how people, processes and systems work together. Her experience spans agency and in-house recruitment, education partnerships and complex care, giving her an understanding of both commercial priorities and the everyday challenges teams face.
Her strengths lie in identifying gaps, solving problems and turning complicated ways of working into clear, usable processes. From improving onboarding and compliance tracking to shaping staff information hubs, she designs solutions around the people who use them.
Jessica is developing JC Career Futures with a clear purpose: to help businesses work more efficiently and give employees the information, guidance and support they need.
The Opportunity Collective CIC
The Opportunity Collective CIC was founded by Jessica Collins to help people facing barriers to employment build confidence, develop skills and access opportunities.
Its longer-term ambition is to work with community partners to offer practical support, including for women returning to work or rebuilding their lives. Programme delivery is currently paused while Jessica develops a sustainable way to take this work forward.
